I Didn't Get My Confirmation Email!
Occasionally, confirmation emails can be trapped by email spam filters and won't appear in your inbox. Please check your spam folder for an email from donotreply@wordpress.com. Remember that the sender of the email will be WordPress.com, not Gravatar.
To ensure that you receive further notices from Gravatar, please also add these email addresses to your email service's address book or whitelist:
- donotreply@wordpress.com
- donotreply@gravatar.com
- support@gravatar.com
After you've done that, please try resetting your WordPress.com password and check for that email. It can take up to a couple of hours, but normally you should have it within a matter of minutes. Resetting your WordPress.com password will automatically verify your account.
